Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to puja service enquiries and bookings made with North Indian Puja, owned by Subodh Pandey.

Cancellation

Customers should inform us as early as possible if a confirmed puja needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation handling depends on the booking status, travel arrangements, samagri preparation, and time remaining before the service.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any advance has been paid, is reviewed case by case after deducting applicable travel, preparation, payment gateway, or already-incurred service costs. Confirmed same-day cancellations may not be refundable.

Rescheduling

Where possible, we help reschedule the puja to another date or muhurat subject to pandit availability and customer location.
