1. Tarpan Vidhi
Offering sacred water mixed with black sesame (kala til), kusha grass rings (pavitri), raw cow milk, and barley to Devas, Rishis, and three generations of Pitrus (Father, Grandfather, Great-grandfather) reciting sacred Pitra Gayatri.
2. Pind Daan Ceremony
Preparation of sacred rice and barley flour balls (pindas) bound with honey and ghee, offered reverently on kusha grass facing south, symbolizing nourishing energy to the subtle bodies of our ancestors.
